Rohit has more than 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in some of India's finest companies. Rohit started his career at grassroots level and rose to senior managerial level. He has worked in India and abroad in the capacity of CEO and General Manager. He holds specialization in the area of marketing and training mainly in the consumer, consumer durables, construction material and automobile segment. His experience across the country and all India market knowledge are seen a valuable resource to the clients of CS Management Consultants. 

Rohit is a management graduate from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Delhi after completing B.Com, LL.B and PG DBM. Rohit is the driving force behind CS Management Consultants. As the team leader, Rohit has made it a personal goal to reshape the HR scenario in the Indian corporate sector.

Shankar has 25 years of working experience. Of this 22 years have been spent in the Advertising and Communications field. He has worked across the country at Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Delhi apart from Chennai and Ahmedabad.

As an advertising and communications professional he was involved with marketing, strategizing and creation of some major brands like Diners Club, Binaca Toothpastes, Goodlass Nerolac Paints, DHL Courier Services, Godrej Typewriters, Prestige Pressure Cookers, Brooke Bond coffee, Wearhouse, Kissan Squashes, Hewlett Packard, Aristocrat range of Liquors, Kohinoor Basmati Rice, Ray Ban, Bausch & Lomb contact lenses & Hamdard Rooh Afza.

His experience in the communications business not only covered Advertising but also, Financial Communications, Public Relations, Direct Marketing, Retail Communications and Video Communications. He was intensely involved in pioneering the concept of “Integrated Communications” in the early eighties when communication meant advertising only.

During his 25 years of working experience he has worked with some of the leading Advertising Agencies of India like Ulka, Trikaya, Chaitra and MAA Bozell. At MAA Bozell he rose to be the Executive Director of the Agency and focused on creating and developing the Agencies Northern Markets.

For the last 3 years he has been consulting in marketing and communications apart from training.
