Rohit has more than 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in some of India's finest companies. Rohit started his career at grassroots level and rose to senior managerial level. He has worked in India and abroad in the capacity of CEO and General Manager. He holds specialization in the area of marketing and training mainly in the consumer, consumer durables, construction material and automobile segment. His experience across the country and all India market knowledge are seen a valuable resource to the clients of CS Management Consultants. 

Rohit is a management graduate from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Delhi after completing B.Com, LL.B and PG DBM. Rohit is the driving force behind CS Management Consultants. As the team leader, Rohit has made it a personal goal to reshape the HR scenario in the Indian corporate sector.
